ITT Hub’s industry news site is itthub.net. As part of ITT Hub’s integration into The Press Rooms, a full site redesign was undertaken. As well as the site redesign, a number of additional features, enhancements and marketing projects were completed.
We wanted ITT Hub’s news website to look like an extension of their event site while at the same time being distinct. We took ITT Hub’s existing brand style, which included the 15-degree angle graphics of their logo and existing material, and brought this through to their websites in a more succinct way than before. Working with the client, we worked the yellow colours of their previous news website into the new, refreshed design.
One of the many new features for the website was the addition of takeover advertising. In this example, ITT Hub’s new podcast “Lunch with Leon” is featured in the horizontal takeover advertising and “Wheely Safe” is feautred along the top.
Another new addition was that podcasts are now available to find and subscribe to through the website. Each podcast’s landing page is entireley brandable with its own colours and graphics.
The Press Rooms advised tweaks to the website’s logo to ensure its legibility at smaller sizes, and to more quickly get across that this is ITT Hub’s news website.
